Healthcare Providers and pharmacies may maintain separate records, privacy practices, and legal obligations governing the healthcare services they provide to you.
Consumer Health Data
Certain information collected through the Services may constitute "consumer health data" or other sensitive personal information under applicable state privacy laws, even if such information is not protected health information under HIPAA.

Role of EvermoreMD
EvermoreMD provides administrative, technology, customer support, billing, marketing, and platform-related services that facilitate access to healthcare services offered by independent licensed medical providers, pharmacies, laboratories, and other healthcare entities.
EvermoreMD does not itself practice medicine, provide medical advice, prescribe medications, dispense medications, operate a pharmacy, or provide healthcare services. Medical decisions, treatment determinations, prescriptions, and clinical services are provided solely by independent licensed healthcare professionals and healthcare entities.
Any healthcare services you receive through the Services are provided by independent Healthcare Providers, which maintain responsibility for compliance with applicable medical, pharmacy, privacy, and professional standards.
Changes To This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy is effective as of 5/7/2026 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.
We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.
