Returns, Refunds & Subscription Policy

All Prescription Sales Are Final
Because of the prescription nature of the medications we offer, all sales are final. Prescription products may not be returned, exchanged, or refunded once an order has been processed or shipped.
Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal
Certain treatments (including GLP-1 medications) may be offered on a subscription basis. By enrolling in a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Your subscription will renew automatically at your selected billing interval unless you cancel prior to the next billing date.
- You authorize us to charge the payment method on file on a recurring basis.
- You will be charged the price listed at signup, along with any applicable taxes, shipping, and required service fees disclosed at checkout.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by reaching out to our support team. Cancellations must be submitted before your next billing date in order to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle. Any charges that have already been processed are non-refundable.
Refunds
Refunds are generally not provided. Limited exceptions—such as duplicate or erroneous charges—may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
Changes to Terms
We may update our subscription pricing or these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in advance via email or through your account and will apply only to future billing cycles.
